about working with Frankel Syverson PLLC

  • Our lawyers devote their practice to employment law and have extensive experience handling unpaid wage cases. We are well-versed in federal and state wage and hour and employment laws, allowing us to provide comprehensive and effective representation.

  • Yes.

If you have a potential legal case, you can contact our office by telephone for a Free Confidential Case Review. One of our lawyers or staff will complete a confidential conflict check and then speak with you about your potential legal case.

If it sounds like a case we may help you with, we’ll gather more information from you about the case and then go to work investigating the potential claims.

We will ultimately decide whether it is a case we will take on, and if it is, we’ll advise you on next steps to work with our firm. If it is not a case we will handle, we’ll do our best to provide you with resources or names of other lawyers who you might speak with to see if you’d feel comfortable working with them.

  • If you want legal advice regarding your specific situation and not just to have us investigate whether we might take your case, you can schedule a Paid Employment Law Advice meeting with one of our lawyers.

Prior to this meeting, we’ll review any documents you have and be prepared to talk with you in detail about your employment law matter. We will then provide you with our legal opinion regarding the employment law matter that you have.

Please contact our office by telephone to schedule a Paid Employment Law Advice meeting with our lawyers.

  • If we take your case for unpaid wages, there will usually be no out-of-pocket cost to you. We would take your case on a pure contingency fee basis, meaning that if you don’t recover any of your unpaid wages, then we don’t get paid either.

In all other employment law matters, we offer a variety of fee structures, including contingency fees and hourly rates, depending on the nature of your case.

In situations where a client is seeking a legal opinion or employment law advice, we charge the client on an hourly basis and, in some circumstances, require an advance deposit from the client as an advance on the hourly fees to be charged.

  • Yes. In every case we handle, you will have direct access to a lawyer working on your case once you have hired our firm.
