On June 29, 2022, our attorneys Ty Frankel and Patti Syverson presented at the annual State Bar of Arizona Convention. They taught a Continuing Legal Education course to fellow attorneys in Arizona, sharing their experience litigating cases on behalf of employees pursuing unpaid wages for work they allegedly had to perform off the clock. The presentation included their experience with class and collective actions for unpaid wages, including unpaid overtime and minimum wage, filed under the Fair Labor Standards Act and Arizona law.
